By downloading, installing or using ANGL app (hereinafter: ANGL), accessing or using any content available within ANGL, or visiting the website at www.angl.tv (“the Website”), you commit yourself to the following terms:
(1) “General Terms and Conditions of Use and Contract
Anyone who downloads or uses ANGL and/or opens the Website shall be considered a User.
The above terms shall constitute the binding agreement between the User and ArtKlikk Kft. (seated at 1061 Budapest, Paulay Ede u. 55., company registration number: 01-09-865598, hereinafter: the Service Provider) concerning the use of ANGL/Website.
Any Service provided under or through ANGL and/or on the Website shall be referred to hereinafter jointly as “the Service”.
The Service Provider shall be entitled to change this Policy at any time. Following any change, the User accepts the change to the Policy by using the Service.
ANGL is a live audio and video sharing, streaming and audio and video referring Service. It was designed to enable the Users to create and then stream their live video recordings using their mobile devices, and display them to other people, search for and view other people’s live streams based on the specifications in their profiles or their current position, create events together with other ANGL Users, and display the streams of an event using the Website on a so-called WALL (TV, monitor, using a projector, on a white wall, a projector screen, a giant display screen, etc.).
ANGL can be downloaded from iOS and Android store.
Compatible devices are: iPhone 3GS, 4, 4s, 5, 5c, 5s, iPad 2, 3, mini.
It is currently available in the English language.
General Terms and Conditions of Use and Contract
The Service Provider shall not verify the content included in the Service, and shall not practice any control with regard to copyright, adjacent, privacy or any other content issues. The User shall be held responsible for any content published using ANGL, whether through the application or the Website. With regard to publication on Youtube, the legal guidelines of the given Service Provider shall prevail.
• Forbidden content
(a) Any content that is obscene, offensive, outrageous, horrifying, showing violence or that might create hostility against people
(b) Any content infringing other people’s copyrights, industrial property rights or trademark rights, or any intellectual property rights
(c) Obscene or pornographic materials and any content violating public morale
(d) Offering products the distribution of which constitutes a crime (e.g. drugs or psychotropic materials).
(e) Any content that may infringe privacy right(s)
(f) Any content that serves or may serve the purposes of publicity (unless authorized in writing by the Service Provider in advance)
• Age limit
ANGL is recommended for viewers over 14 years of age. No age limit rating is applied as we do not have reliable information about the content of the published streams, therefore we do not recommend browsing for children without any supervision.
Users shall not purchase ANGL; instead, they are granted a license for using it.
All ANGL marks, the Service name, brand name, logo, domain name and all other features of ANGL shall constitute the exclusive property of the Service Provider and shall be protected by right. This license shall not authorize the User to use any of the above or any other features of ANGL. All technical, graphic software and other solutions (e.g. the structure and content of the sites, the names of the content elements, or color design) regarding the display, operation and maintenance of the Website, all data, information, icons, logos, trademarks, domain names and other markings indicated or used on the Website, or otherwise in connection with the Website shall be protected by law. The Service Provider shall have all property rights with regard to the above.
Unless otherwise indicated or referred to, any content available on the Website shall constitute the intellectual property or the copyrighted work of the Service Provider and can be used only in accordance with the relevant law unless expressly authorized in writing by the Service Provider. Any such use is permitted for private purposes only, and it shall not serve profit making or enhancing purposes directly or indirectly.
It is forbidden to use any system or solution aiming at, enabling or likely to result in the use of the Service in any way that is expressly not permitted in this Policy or the breakdown of the server(s) used for the operation of the Service, or otherwise risks the normal operation of the Service.
It is forbidden to create links to the Website on any other internet sites unless approved by the Service Provider in advance.
The Service Provider shall respect the intellectual property rights and expects the User to do so, too.
By using the Service, the User shall grant a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license without any limitation in time, space or method to the Service Provider to all the User’s content published by the User under, through or in connection with the Service.
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:
• the accuracy, reliability, flawless operation, entirety of the Service, or its suitability for a specific purpose;
• any error occurred in connection with a reason out of their control and its consequences. Such errors include any technical failure or downtime of the internet network, mobile client, technical failure of any kind, downtime, destructive applications or programs installed by other parties (e.g.: viruses, worms, macros or hacker activities);
• deficiencies of providing information by the User, or any consequences of data provided incorrectly;
• any financial or non-financial loss or grievance or any consequences arisen in connection with any content published by User or caused in any other way, or otherwise arisen in connection with the User’s behavior.
The User shall take sole responsibility for using the Service and for the Content.
If any claim is raised or procedure is initiated against the Service Provider by any third party, authority or court as a result of, or in connection with the User’s behavior, then the User shall take all measures required by the Service Provider and compensate for all damages, financial losses and costs to the Service Provider incurred to the Service Provider due to or in connection with any illegal behavior committed by the User.
By downloading and using ANGL, the User commits to use the maps running in the application in accordance with the legal regulations set forth by the Service Provider (Google, Foursquare, etc.). The Service Provider shall not be held liable for the maps.

The purpose of this policy is to set forth the data protection and handling guidelines applied by the Service Provider.
When the User downloads and uses ANGL or the Website, they are required to provide some personal data: public Facebook username, Facebook profile picture, last known position /position of the Facebook profile/position recorded by the User. Optionally, further data can be provided as well: list of friends, e-mail address, website, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number, GoogleAccount and YouTube account data. Upon registration using the Facebook data, the User authorizes the Service Provider to use and store their authentication data. All data are handled by the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall not verify any personal data provided. It is solely the person providing the data who shall be responsible for the correctness of the data provided.
Legal ground of data handling
All data are handled based on the voluntary statement of ANGL/Website Users based on proper information, in accordance with Article a) of Section (1) of §5 of the Privacy Act. This statement shall include the explicit consent of the Users to the use of their personal data provided during the use of ANGL application or Website, or any personal data generated about them.
Data handling guidelines
Any data can be obtained and processed in a fair and legal way. Any data shall be stored only for specified and legal purposes, and they shall not be used in any other way. All data shall be proportional to the purposes of their storage and meet those purposes; they shall not exceed those purposes. All appropriate security measures shall be taken to protect the personal data stored in automatized data files against accidental or unauthorized destruction, or accidental loss, and to prevent any unauthorized access or change to those data or distribution of them.
Privacy guidelines applied by the Service Provider
All personal data indispensable for using the Service shall be used by the Service Provider upon the consent of those concerned and only for the purposes specified. The Service Provider shall handle the data received in accordance with the privacy guidelines set forth in the above laws and this Policy. In certain cases – for the purposes of official court or police request, legal procedure due to copyright or property right infringement or infringement of any other rights, or due to a grounded suspicion of any of the above occurrences, the infringement of the Service Provider’s interests, risking the provision of Services, etc. – the Service Provider may grant access to the available data of the Users to third parties.
Duration of data handling
The personal data provided by the User shall be handled until the User deregisters from the Service – using the given username –, cancels the application and, at the same time, requests cancelling their data. The data shall be cancelled in 30 days from the receipt of the User’s request. In case of using illegal or misleading personal data or a crime or attack to the system committed by the User, the Service Provider shall be entitled to cancel the registration of the User and, at the same time, to cancel all their data immediately. At the same time, in case of a suspicion of crime or a suspicion of liability under the civil law, the Service Provider may save the data for the term of any legal procedure. All data recorded automatically and technically during the operation of the system shall be stored in the system from the date of their generation for a reasonable period to ensure the system operation. The Service Provider shall ensure that these automatically generated data shall not be connected with any other personal user data, except for the cases as required by the law.
The Service Provider shall not use any special data processing entity. All the personal data handled by the Service Provider shall be processed by the Service Provider’s own technical equipment as necessary.
External Service Providers
The Service Provider as the data handling entity shall be entitled and obliged to forward any personal data available to them and stored legally by them to the authorities in charge that is required by the law or any final official obligation. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any such disclosure of data and any resulting consequences. If the Service Provider passes the operation or the utilization of ANGL/Website on whole or in part to any third party then all data handled can be forwarded for further handling to those third parties without requesting any explicit consent.
Rights of the person concerned:
The person concerned can file their requests to the Service Provider by phone at 06 1 288 01 72 or email at email@example.com for:
a) requesting information about the handling of their personal data,
b) requesting the correction of their personal data, or
c) requesting the cancellation or blocking of their personal data except for the obligatory data handling.
Upon the request filed by the person concerned, the Service Provider shall provide information about the following: the data of the person concerned handled by them, or processed by any Service Provider in charge; the sources of the data, the purposes, the legal ground and the duration of the data handling; the name, address and the activities in connection with data handling of the entity processing the data as well as – in case of disclosing the personal data of the person concerned – the legal ground of the data disclosure and the entity receiving the data. The Service Provider shall provide the information requested in a clear form within the shortest period of time possible but not later than 15 days from the date of filing the request. The request of the person concerned for information can be refused by the data handling entity only in the cases as set forth in §19 of Section (1) of §9 of the Privacy Act. In case of refusing the disclosure of information, the Service Provider shall inform the person concerned in writing, referring to the provision of the Privacy Act constituting the base for the refusal of providing information. In case of refusing to provide information, the Service Provider shall inform the person concerned about the options for legal remedy by court or addressing the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. If any personal data is not authentic and the authentic personal data is available to the Service Provider then the personal data shall be corrected by the Service Provider. The personal data shall be cancelled if all circumstances described in Section (2) of §17 of the Privacy Act are given. The person concerned can object to handling their personal data in case of the conditions as provided in §21 of the Privacy Act.
Options for due process
The options available to the User for due process can be exercised in court in accordance with §22 of the Privacy Act and in accordance with the Civil Code. Data of the visitors of the Website
The purposes of data handling are the following: during the visit to the Website, to deliver or develop the Service, control its operation, satisfy the Users’ needs and prevent any abuse
Legal ground of data handling: consent given by the person concerned pursuant to §13/A of the E-commerce Act.
Scope of the data handled: date and time of visit, data of the mobile client, user profile data, user and address of the content viewed.
Duration of data handling: 180 days from the date of viewing the Services.
Starting date of validity: 15 December 2013
